What kid doesn’t love playing outside, swimming, incredibly fun camp games, zip lining, campfires, and being crazy! Junior Camp will be the highlight of your child's summer not only with fun and activities but more importantly with what God will do in his or her heart.

Nathan Brackett

Nathan Brackett grew up in Columbia, SC and trusted Christ as his Savior at the age of eight years old. He attended Pensacola Christian College from 1992 until graduating in 1996. He married his high school sweetheart Nicole in 1997. For the last 22 years he has enjoyed the privilege of serving as the Children's Pastor and Youth Pastor of Gantt Street Baptist Church in Cayce, SC. Nathan is a regular Junior Camp speaker at LWCC.

Junior Camp 2

July 12-17, 2026

Adam Steed

Adam grew up at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Candor, NC and worked at LWCC as a teen and college student in maintenance and as a counselor. God gave Adam a specific burden for the youth of the Hawaiian Islands while working a youth retreat there. He ministered in Hawaii for several years and then the Lord called him back to his home state of North Carolina where he and his wife Kathleen serve at Southside Baptist Church in Biscoe.

Accommodations

Boy campers stay in one of three log cabins that have fully accommodating bathroom facilities. Girls stay in our Bunkhouse facility with a common bathhouse for all girl campers and counselors.
