Edwin Lugo is the pastor and church planter of Pioneer Baptist Church in Wilsonville, Oregon.  Edwin served as the youth pastor and camp program director at Living Water from 2004-2013.  He and his wife Cassie have three boys, Gabe (18), Josiah (15), and Canaan (11)
